Role on the team: Visionary owner and chief shepherd of the BlackSheep family

Previous job: 15 years in the telecommunications and data transaction processing industries, working to grow companies from business plan to industry leaders

Family: Formerly married to for 15 years to Lisa Montgomery Bowling, founder of BlackSheep Productions.  Now married 1 year to Wendi Worley Bowling, with four uniquely talented children… Jordan Worley, Zachary Worley, Bismarck Bowling and Brooks Bowling

What I admire most about BlackSheep: Like other startups that I have been blessed to be a part of, the BlackSheep team functions much more like a phenomenally brilliant family than a company.  There is no pride associated with individual accomplishments – we recognize that our success or failure is collective.  That may be one reason that we don’t have siloed responsibilities and everyone, while strongly suited for a specific responsibility, also takes into consideration others’ responsibilities to provide a layer of redundancy that many events require to be successful.
